Therapy takes place in the child’s natural environment which is primarily the home, but can also include preschools, daycares, after school programs, day treatment programs or other community settings. Due to COVID 19 restrictions, telehealth has also been implemented and is an option when deemed appropriate.
kiddOTherapy aims to improve an individual’s performance with daily life activities while engaging children in fun, meaningful, and developmentally appropriate activities in addition to providing parent and caregiver education throughout the therapy process.
kiddOTherapy accepts most private insurance plans and Medicaid. We are able to check insurance benefits to see if therapy will be covered, prior to scheduling an appointment.
